"As a Chinese, I do pine for chinese food in a western country, and I think this place delivers in terms of good authentic chinese food.But seriously, the prices are simply too exorbitant! Whoever heard of a A$30 omelette? (Granted, it is a BIG one, but thirty bucks???) Gotta think twice.I was not impressed with their desserts too. The mango pudding (thumbs-down), and their herbal jelly "Guilingao" (triple thumbs-down). Go somewhere else for dessert.But other than that, their noodles, and the stir-fried beef was truly good. Well cooked. Wouldnt come back again though, unless I seriously have a lot of dough to throw, and am desperately craving for chinese food. Service was generally okay. Not tip-top, but it will do."

"We took some friends that were new to Australia for a yum cha experience. We had been here many times before and enjoyed the food, service was always good. Well things have certainly changed. Food was mediocre, some of the dishes were cold, the salt and pepper squid was oily and soggy, the steamed pork buns were all dough and no filling, the dim sims were tough and chewy. One of our party had jim beam and coke, the glass was half full, the mixer stirred at the table with a straw and dumped on the table by the waiter. Gross. And talk about bill shock at the end of the meal. It was expensive and certainly not worth the money. We wont be returning. What a disappointing first time experience for our friends."
