"I visited at a quite time. The service did not make you feel welcome considering it was so very quiet. I had a disappointing coffee and the cakes on display did not look appetising. The front/side door was left open which did not help the warmth inside. A consideration by the staff that did not seem to care about their customers, but content to talk amongst themselves."

"I have been going to this restaurant for the last 12 years, always average(nothing too special) the last few years it has gone down hill. The food is under standard, the service is non existent & the restaurant itself is unclean & tidy. Makes me think what the kitchen is like. Unfortunately today will be my last visit as its just not the place it used to be. I feel like it's a waste of money for the quality of the experience. They also have no problem losing business. Word of mouth is a powerful thing!!"
