"Als afsluiting van onze kleine vakantie in het dorp gegeten op aanraden van onze gastheer. Een mooie echt typisch Duits familirestaurant met dito inrichting, de tafel keurig met linnen gedekt. Een klein maar fijne kaart met genoeg variatie. Ook seizoensgebonden specialiteiten als wild of asperges. Alles huisgemaakt en integenstelling tot de vorige recensie zeker niet te zout. Vooraf brood met schmalz van het huis en daarna een mooi getrokken runderboullion met reepjes omelet. Daarna de rumpsteak met pepersaus, verse boontjes met spek en aardappelkroketjes. Zoonlief had de parelhoen met calvadossaus, broccoli en spätzle. Na afloop een schnaps en een geweldige huisgemaakte rabarbersorbet! Inclusief drankjes waren we 120,- kwijt wat een prima prijs was voor het geheel. Onze beide teckels waren welkom."
