"This place is always a good place to stop at Pigeon Lake. The breakfasts are very good. The ice cream selection is excellent. The sandwiches are very good and a nice selection. The desert selection is amazing and they are always fresh. I agree the staff are not always warm and fuzzy but they work at this place every day all year round. The prices are good for the value. This is my first choice for eating at Pigeon Lake."

"Came here on a Tuesday night. Very empty. Was there for at least 2.5 hours and 6 other people came in for dinner. I found this quite surprising. The food was delicious. They give huge portions of very garlicy garlic bread and huge portions of pasta. I had the Penne Arrabiata and I wasn't disappointed. However, the service was pretty ordinary. It took 20 minutes for the garlic bread to come out and my friend and I were the only people in the restaurant at the time. The decor was not great either. I felt like I was sitting at someones kitchen table and not in a restaurant. Nevertheless, great value for money. Will probably come back, especially for selected pizza's and pasta's for $16."

"We were here on a cold and miserable Thursday night for a family birthday with 7 people and we ordered the share platter for 6 at 37.50pp and comes with 4 side dishes the share platter consisted of ribs(3racks) chicken, pulled pork, beef brisket, onion and with slices of bread sprayed with jalapeno spray. the restaurant has no atmosphere and was cold and food although big quantities was tasteless except for the ribs. Would we be back ,I don't think so, would I recommend it the answer will ....... ."
