"Had parrotfish, spinach, green beans and potatoes. The meal was nice, apart from waiting 20 mins for a meal, but the long wait was expected as it was busy. The staff were friendly that's always a bonus, just by observing the staff while waiting for my meal I could tell that cleaning and sanitizing was high priority, which is good because the last thing you want to finish eat at an unclean place. May come back."

"We were attracted here by other reviews and were not disappointed. We wanted grilled (not crumbed or battered) and had to pay a bit more (we cannot understand the logic of this as there's less involved). Garden salads came with the fish&chip dinner and we were delighted to find it was "straight" salad - iceberg lettuce, tomato, cucumber, a small whole beetroot, etc and their homemade coleslaw (yum, yum). Overall we felt it was a good dinner. We were quite happy with the serving size of chips given we also had salad."

"Had a great lunch and lovely chat, offered gluten free and lactose free. They also offer camel milk which is a little expensive but extremely good for you if you have stomach issues. The food was very tasty and the pumpkin and olive bread was a nice change from the normal gluten free bread.Very impressed!"

"A Bundaberg institution; guaranteed to always be there for you when you stumble drunkenly out of the pub at 3am. It has been there for decades, serving generations of pickled Bundabergians. There really is only one thing there that I can guarantee won't kill you from food poisoning and that's the hot chips with melted cheese and gravy (I'm not even sure they sell anything else? I wouldn't know). Sure, its tastes disgusting unless you're six times over the legal limit, but it fills a hole and will hopefully delay the inevitable spew until you get to the privacy of your own home. There's even a bench outside where you can share your bucket of chips with other intoxicated patrons (or have a quick nap). Fantastic."
