"While driving northward towards Beaune and being near lunch hour, we were driving the back roads in lieu of the motorway. We came across this little outpost of a place that appeared to be some sort of inn and restaurant directly on the Saone River. It was only 1PM and the parking lot was full of cars and this signified to us that this place must have decent food. We stopped here and sat outside on the front veranda with a river view and had a lovely meal. Our waitress was most pleasant and efficient. Once our order was taken, the food came out rather quickly. Three of four of us had the frog legs special for the day. Loaded with so many legs and it also included fries. We also got a salad & dessert with our meals. With the addition of wine that we ordered, our lunch was still less than 16 euro a person. What a value! We would come here again, but finding it by happenchance would be very odd. But if you are on the route, definitely go here for a lunch - FOR SURE!"
