"Had my birthday there which was booked 3 months in advance. They have 3 price ranges for food platers and was told each range included everything. When I went to order it, it was per item not the whole selection. Was told the pool tables...would be free but on the night they said I would have to pay for unlimited use. I organised for staff to walk around with food but they were understaffed on the night and refused. They also told me any left over money from the tab would be returned but refused to give it back on the night."

"We ate in the restaurant and could hear a very loud argument that came out of the kitchen. The argument continued during our visit. The menu was badly designed and with minimal explanation. Both Chinese and English discripts were poor. There were no photos. We ordered our head and they came shortly after. A court was beautiful and the other was different from what we ordered. We ordered Sauté fish and got an egg omelet with shrimps. During the inspection, the waitress said that the menu was translated incorrectly. You cook now. Just eat. The court was terrible without taste. We chose the six shrimps and left the rest. The store charged us $29 for the wrong court. After a lot of discussion, they unfortunately gave a $9 discount on the bill. The dishes were overpriced. You will get better service and dishes anywhere else in Eastwood. We won't visit again."
