"Whenever I go to Flin Flon, the first thing I do is come to eat here at Mugsy’s. The staff are so friendly I feel like I’m stopping in to my aunt’s place for a great home made lunch. I’m a huge fan of the soups and sandwiches also the salads and stuffed potatoes. I wish I had more words to say how great this place is. All I can say is that no matter what I have going on in Flin Flon, my first stop is lunch at Mugsy’s!"

"Ordered dinner at the restaurant after arriving in Flin Flon for business. Since we were staying at the Victoria Inn we figured we would just eat at the restaurant there. It was probably the worst dining experience in recent history for me. The server was friendly and seated us quickly and the wine was good, but those were the high points. We had to wait over 15 minutes to order, they couldn't tell me what was in either of the soups (I asked if there was seafood,) our entrees were $25 and were borderline gross. My chicken Victoria was smothered in hollandaise sauce that was more like mayonnaise and the broccoli and carrots were half steamed with no seasonings or anything. The baked potato was alright. If we were at a place that charges $10-15 for an entree I probably wouldn't have been as upset by the quality, but for how expensive the meal was it was pretty terrible. At the end of the meal we waited at least 30 minutes for the bill (after we asked for it.) The entire time there were only about 5 tables with people in the whole place and 2 servers working. It ended up costing us each around $50 for dinner. Brutal."
