"My wife & I, plus my sister- in - law share a room for two nights.We found the room very accommodating.The breakfast was European style.The adjacent Chinese restaurant (not owned by the hotel) was a little pricey and the food was just OK. Yes, they have large Chinese tour groups coming in while we were having dinner.The manager of the hotel, Abi Kossai was very friendly and helpful.You must park in a paid parking lot beside the hotel, so be aware of the times."

"If you are from the US or France then this restaurant is not for you. Chinese restaurants differ around the world and adapt the taste to what sells well in their area. Therefore a sweet and sour pork will be very, very different in Beijing...to one in L.A. What we do, is if we see Chinese in a Chinese restaurant then chances are, it will be fair to good. Now with this place, the Chinese are shipped in by the coach load and that is NO joke. The building is a maze and the coach parties get escorted to private rooms away from the main restaurant. What we also liked was the fact that this restaurant is similar to the street restaurants of Hong Kong, you enter, you eat, you pay, then you go. Hence, this maybe why at different times of the day it can be full or appear empty. We had ZERO problems with the service, the food was top notch, good produce, cooked well and plenty of it. Again as a guide, when we entered at 7pm there was 6 of us in the restaurant. When we left an hour or so later, it was three quarters full and a coach party had been escorted to a private room."

"We were a group of four people. The Restaurant was busy on an Easter Sunday. I made the reservation over the phone. We researched their menu online and we were keen on some of their menu items. When we arrived the waitress informed us that due to Easter Sunday there is a special menu and the items we wanted to eat are not available (I was not informed about that when I made the reservation. The Restaurant looked nice and cosy so we decided to stay. The waitress was managing the entire restaurant and had very little time and generally was stressed and unfriendly.The red wine was ice cold. Nobody lighted the candle on the table. I asked if the salad has yoghurt in the dressing and the waitress replied that it has no dairy peoducts. As the salad arrived at the table it had a yoghurt dressing.We had one vegan in the group and the waitress made it clear several times that this is a "swiss" Restaurant and they do not cater to that need. Nevertheless the chef made a vegetable plate with steamed vegetables which were completely flavourless. This plate was then the most expensive of all our main courses.All in all, good food. Not recommendable for vegans or lactose intolerant people. Unfriendly and super stressed service. We did not enjoy this and I would not recommend it."
