"Family run place with homemade food and lots of local flair. Not the place to go if you're looking for trendy or fancy decor, but the food is delicious and reasonably priced. Small place with lots of take out. Worth the stop, don't let the facade scare you away. Apparently the Friday special is burger and fries and they are delicious! Plan to go back one Friday soon to give it a try!"

"As usual we hit Trip Advisor when we are traveling. We were looking for a pizza to take back to the motel and Gondola had good reviews. Place was very clean with a wide open view of kitchen/prep area. Pizza was in our opinion very old school but delicious at the same time. Traditional was the term used for the crust and they were accurate. Reminded of pizza back in the 80's. owner/manager (not sure) was friendly and attentive. Would highly recommend but there is only take out and delivery."

"We went out with our friend and she took us to the best view of the lake ever. Supper was fine and not overly priced that one would go again. We will revisit this place for sure and may stay as well within. The town here fills up with folks from Manitoba on the weekends. It truly is a nice place to visit and helps immensely if you have friends or family here to show you the sights. Thanks a million Janet for your tours and kindness."

"When you have a choice of one nearby restaurant, sometimes it's not so good, but this is really good. Had the pickerel and it was quite tasty. Very good breakfast a excellent service, lots of choices."
