"I went with my husband and we ordered a typical egg breakfast and we waited around minutes. They brought us over easy eggs instead of scramble eggs. The bread he ordered was rye and instead they brought brown. The last bad things I found...was a piece of sausage in my vegetarian plate and crusty overcooked home fries . Very disappointed with this visit. This was our second visit and previously, we were both very pleased overall. I suppose that the combination of staff are what make the difference between poor or mediocre to good or exceptional. We were told that there was a change in management. Personally, we don't think the change was that beneficial. The hostess was very pleasant and accommodating."

"There were 4 of us in our party and we stopped at this Tim Hortons three different mornings. Each time be seemed to have bad luck and got the cashier that didn't speak English very well. It was very difficult to order and then the order was never right, three different mornings. Very frustrating."

"Terrible service. I was just trying to get food for my kids but the person taking my order was so busy laughing and paying attention to someone else that they had to ask me four times what I wanted and still couldn’t get it right. When I pulled up to the window to pay, I asked what was ordered and the young girl was so annoyed that I asked, she had to call another employee to take over the microphone so she could tell me. Once I got home, surprise surprise, no fries or sauce in my 3 year olds happy meal. I tried calling the restaurant to ask them to prepare some fries for me but nobody answered. What a disaster of a restaurant. I will avoid at all costs moving forward."

"We order from Calzone every month or so, by far one of the better more authentic tasting pizzas on the West Island. The bread and the quality of the toppings are great. Would give stars if it wasn’t for the fact it is often...extremely hard to get them to answer the phone to take an order and you have to keep calling over and over again to get your order through. It would be good if they could just put you on hold instead."

"Food is Mediterranean style, grilled. Very tasty and fresh. The restaurant is simple and small and generally need reservations to get a seat. It's a byow so bring your fav and go enjoy a nice meal."
