"The hotel has been completely renovated in recent years. the rooms are now modern and bright and the balcony back out with views of the mountain very beautiful . when we were unfortunately just the kitchen was rebuilt and a strongly smelling glue used so that you could not eat in the fruehstuecksraum"

"It's both a restaurant and a pension. The building is reflecting perfectly a Tirol-type restaurant, but the way it is decorated, the personnel and the atmosphere shows that there is something special with it. I had the opportunity to visit it for dinning. The menu is very generous. All that we order was very fresh and exceptional well-cooked, from soups to the venison. I recommend the pumpkin soup - I'm 100% convinced that it's the best soup I ate in my life (if curious enough, ask for Schaumsuppe vom Muskatkurbis). The deer was also delicious. The beef was very much appreciated at our table as well. Actually, the culinary satisfaction is guarantee no matter you'll order."

"The restaurant " Kaminstuben" in the Hotel "Andreas Hofer" is a very excellent restaurant.If you decide to have fish, meat or Tyrolean food - everything is cooked and decorated very special. The Sweety " Griestopfenknödel" with " Kastanieneis" is incredible. The staff is amazing - friendly - good organised and very competent. They offer a special menue on christmas Eve and New Years eve which is always to recommend."

"Durch Freunde und Schwärmerei aufmerksam geworden.Über Geschmack lässt sich bekanntlich streiten. Mir persönlich war es zu fad gewürzt, Salz fast gar nicht vorhanden und der gem. Salat (alle Sorten mit dem Öligen Dressing) war absolut nicht mein Geschmack.Vielleicht hatte der Koch einen schlechten Tag....."

"Hard curve left and there it is, restaurant which does not look much to the outside, but hides a true burgerjoint inside. These are hard to find these days.Restaurant serves variety of burgers which are made their own way, with unique taste. We stopped here by extempore and we did not regret it. Burgers are great, sides nothing special."

"Traditional, unobtrusive and somehow for repeating offenders... this is the unterwirt in ebbs. the chef visits his regular clients on their table, everybody is cheerful and satisfied: customers, service and the ambitious chef in this cosy and also somehow dated place. the meal consists of...four or five courses and you can mix and choose from a variety of menues. the preparation is consistently top, ingredients local and service discreet, friendly and competent. when we were there, all other tables seemed to be taken by regulars, also the pricing is moderate for the value given and we will be back ourselves soon."
