"This Pure veg typical south restaurant located next to Mahabali puram bus stand on the road going to Krishna Mandapam and Arjuna Penance, reasonably priced. Only decent and clean restaurant near to tourist spot. Restaurant was clean, we had our morning breakfast here, Idali and mendu wada. Food was good, samabar was not upto mark...Staff was helpful, guided us on how to reach Pallavarm by Bus."

"Went here for my daughter's 10th birthday hoping for a piece of cake and a yummy milkshake. Instead got glared at balefully for daring to ask for something on the menu and he grunted grumpily as he got off his chair which seemed to be...glued to his lazy behind. Who cares if the food is good? We'll never find out because the service is TERRIBLE. We left!"

"Dinner here was very special. If you eat in summer, make sure your arrival before sunset and if possible book a table on the south side of the restaurant. You have the most spectacular view of the Shore...Temple and the beach next to it. The restaurant is very cheap and its portions are satisfying. If you want fresh fish in India, I would strongly suggest you to dampen your desire in Mahabalipuram! I ate chicken manchurian with freshly steamed Basmati rice, but some of the other people on our table had fresh fish and glorious crispy frits! The waiting staff is quick and well-manned."

"Had all our breakfasts here... nothing to much trouble.... the menu is a guide... he.ll do anything.We actually became quite boring ate there each day with no hassle after 6 weeks in India it was a refreshing . Just good good food with a smily man.What attracted us in the first place was the selection of cakes/bread which he bakes himself"

"The overall quality of food we had was ok...good. The prawns in corriander and garlicbutter sauce were well done. But the fish was not upto the mark, it hadn't been cleaned properly at all. The soup was ok. We weren't tempted to try anything more. But it was ok for the prices they charge. Resaonably good."

"A cozy, small cafe just by the beach attached to Mumu's Surf Shop. Lovely deco with wooden structures, green plants, and bohemian-style furniture and details. Only few seats mean that the atmosphere remains peaceful and you can relax, read a paper or check your messages with their free wifi. I had breakfast there on two occasions and the food and service was great. Try the excellent home-cooked bread that you cannot find anywhere else in Mamallapuram. They also make creative dessers and other novel dishes, ask what special is on the menu on that day!"

"For me was a bad experience since I have ordered food asking please to don 't put any spices, pepper or herbs... unfortunly at the first taste of that food, I couldn 't feel my tongue more... For my opinion the waiters or the chefs maybe, are...so stupid to don 't understand the meaning of no spices . Last thing, don 't admire too much the photos on the menu, probably they are dowloaded from Google or any other restaurant, their food is completely different. Take a look to attached photos. Dei veri mongoli, da evitare assolutamente."
