"Visiting the south of the france on our hd motorcycles, we went through the castle the hospital, the house of the wines of Gerard bertrand. We started with an interesting visit to the castle, guided professionally by thibaut de braquilanges (World Director of the travel retail), including a walk through the vineyard itself and the winery with its huge stock of wines of aging,. Very impressive. After that, we had light lunch on the restaurant's terrace the art of living of the chef de cuisine laurant chabert, who prides himself on defending a sort of kitchen from the farm to the fork that supplies as much as possible with seasonal products from the surrounding area. we started with a refreshing soft-beam, followed by the green asparagus entrance of Narbonne/Collioure Ansjovy/Cut egg low temperature/sorbet and main dish steam bar net/small peas/vervein of the vegetable/citronal; all exquisite in taste and great presentation. a beautiful rose gerard bertrand volcanic, chateau la wildonne, 2016. impressed by the overall experience of lunch (the service was very attentive and friendly!), we decided to come back in the evening for the "jazz on friday", with like the jazz band "boni"

"Called to take cakes to take away and the staff sighed and didn't seem impressed, the cakes looked lovely but very expensive for a dry cupcake, it would be much more advantageous to go to a pastry and to get a delicious pastry.Because the inside looked so inviting we made the mistake to call at 11:30 for a coffee and the store looks attractive, just like the cakes, but the quality is horrible and they are too expensive. the staff is very unpleasant, we will certainly not return"

"We had a particularly pleasant meal in the little courtyard (hence its name) at the back. The exceptionally good value menu began with a superb buffet with every imaginable dish including individual mini-gaspachos and a beautiful lemony couscous (and mini-calamari salad &c &c). The main...courses were cooked to perfection and there was an excellent selection of good south-western wines (I commend the Faugères). Service was delightfully friendly and prompt. Nice place, worth seeking out there is life beyond the canalside!"

"If you're in this part of the city, it's a nice place to go. We had a simple tuna salad lunch that was perfectly pleasant and a very good value for money. the small square on which it is located has a pretty fountain that makes it a very nice place to sit away from the business of the nearby center."

"The terrace is great, with views of the entrance of the 16th century restaurant. on a hot summer the shadow of the big trees is perfect. not a great selection of things to do, but what they have is very good and they are running for lunch. eat quickly as early or reserve. we had the paella with rabbits, which is recommended. and very nice service."

"This bar in Les Halles Narbonne is excellent. The food is great and at a very resonable price. Food is served from Tuesdays-Saturday and on Sunday it is just a bar serving tapas or you can bring your own food (like a plateau of seafood...for example) from the market and eat at the bar if you buy drinks. Le Patron Stephane and the other staff, Anne, Nathalie and Nadia are all very friendly. people can eat for under with wine no problem so it is very good value. Be sure to reserve for lunch as it gets very busy. Highly recommended!!!"
