"Out with a couple of girlfriends for a bite and a couple of drinks and could not have picked a better choice. The « small » Greek nachos was amazing, so tasty and generous with toppings and still left with some leftovers!! Ambiance was pleasant and the service impeccable."

"We were visiting Riding Mountain Park just down the street and found this gem of a place. It is technically a used book store but have lots of wonderful items and art from around the world. They also serve drinks coffee and great food. They...also have a collection of collectors books and magazines for the person looking to add to their collection. Many locals here so you know its one of the best spots in town. We will be back!"

"We made a stop at woods to get directions to our bnb that was only a few kilometers away. once inside the odor of the bakery continued. the bakery before place makes the most delicious brote, scenes, cinnamon balls and cake to name some. the business is also full of high-quality meat and products, something they don't always get in a resort city business. the owners are proud of those who sell them, and it shows. start the day for the best selection in bakery. make them a quick stop on the way into the riding mountain national park they will not regret it!"

"As good at the food is here, I have to say it's also likely one of the best made Cocktails you can get in Manitoba. Fresh ingredients and our food was good. They do get very busy in the summer which can affect service and food quality sometimes but in my experience servers are very helpful and willing to address any concerns you have. Again expect it to be busy it's a small place in a high demand area and the food is good. Also it's at the heart of it a lake town business, I don't expect to hold them to a fancy standard the wait staff are good kids stuck working the summer just relax and wait your turn if you have a problem let someone know but for the most part you can expect above average quality and very tasty food, good service and AMAZING drinks."
