"So I came across this place by looking at food pics...I decided to visit it as soon as possible, and I was impressed. I never get tired of the "taco katsuo" and also they have the best tempura in town...it's a must go!"

"I appeared on the doorstep of La Propiedad Privada at almost 5:30 pm, thinking I had made a reservation for that time. Instead, they were about to close. Nevertheless, they were kind enough to seat me and provided an excellent ceviche and a huge salad. Have I had better ceviche? Possibly. But seldom have I been so well treated when there was no reason for the staff to go out of their way. For that reason alone it’s worth visiting."

"The dinge started pretty good. I sat on a week night. the decor in the restaurant is what I would call trendy Japanese. it's pretty much what I'd see in something up. when a waiter was sitting, a waiter arrived. the table and laid what seemed a thick alka tent table on a plate on the table and poured a little hot water on it. the tablet was in a hot moist towel to cleanse her hands and mouth before the meal. very japanese. the service was very friendly. for beginners I ordered hot sake and goyza as an appetizer. I decided for the fried goyza instead of steamed. After the appetizer was taken, I ordered the garnelentempura, which contained false suppe and white rice on the side that was not included in the scope of delivery. here is where the dinge began to move the hill down. the man came out quickly, but it wasn't warm, it was hot. the small white bottle was so hot that you had to use a serviette to pour it so that you wouldn't burn your finger. because goyza is an appetizer, I expected to be served next, but instead I was served the miso suppe and the bowl of white rice. the rice sat there cool while I ate my suppe. the goyza came out next; not only was it fried, but I think it was refried. the skin was hard and dark, the meat inside was simply warm and dry. the taste was bland to be friendly. when the garnelentempura arrived, it was hot, but now my rice was cool. the garnels were good, but not spectacular. the teig seemed panko and very chewing. not a light traditional tempura battery. I didn't eat the sushi in the same weight. Maybe that's better, but I think if they have something on the menu, it should be good, regardless of it. their kilometers can vary."
