"Based on previous reviews, this restaurant has really cleaned up its act. We stayed with our son at the hotel and had an outstanding diner there. The amount of choice was just right and just about every ingredient on the menu was local. Even the...lamb. Service was fast and friendly, and multilingual of course (this is Switzerland). And then everything we ate was great, with just the right twist on traditional dishes to make them interesting. With several vegetarian options to choose from, even meat-eaters like us got tempted. We like eating out and this is one we will remember."

"The restaurant is a perfect place for couple at a romantic date or group like us. We came with more than 25 people and stayed till late. The restaurant gave us a welcome greeting and great service. We had rib eye steak with fries and fresh vegetables. The steak was cooked beautifully and fries were fresh and crispy. For dessert, we had Molten chocolate cake with vanilla ice cream. We really enjoyed the night there and thank you to the team in Lagerhaus who made our night I. St. Gallen!"

"We wanted to go from the city to the house. a thunderstorm surprised us so that we saved ourselves to the next gas house. Despite Mother's Day, it had a free table. the Bulgarian host had two menus in the menu next to the menu. we chose moussaka and mixed grill, to which a delicious salad was served as an appetizer. together with the glass Bulgarian red wine a very excellent ground. the service was very nice, the food was very good. the local is very cozy and offers a dining garden. a good recommendation."
