"The visit on the 19/11 was cold and wet evening. I opened the door and the scent of that Pho bouillon was there. it was like I had stepped into my mother 's kitchen. The restaurant was packed and the tables were turning over. I waited for about 15 mins and surely enough I was seated. That night was a Pho, nothing else in mind. My sister ordered a plate of Cha go, Vietnamese spring rolls to start. Nice and crispy and the filling delicious. Soon then the Pho arrived with the correct condiments. I ate that Pho like a hungry NVA as if I was back in 68 at the height of 'Nam. Service prompt and polite. The tables were turning over. A popular place as I noticed many guests knew each other when they came in to eat. I even asked who was Vietnamese at a staff and rightly so she said she was and replied thank you in Vietnamese. Looking for Vietnamese food come to this place."

"Now I'm tough on Vietnamese restaurants, they're generally not up to the standard, oily, tasteless, with a limited choice of dishes. Now this is definitely not the case for this restaurant. We regularly come and their pho soups and bun bo salads are really good....This time, we tried different dishes: sautées thick rice noodles with pork, shrimps and vegetables; Vietnamese pork dumplings, Thai basil beef and homemade lemon tea. They were all very good and cheap. The portion for the sautées noodles is gigantic and only costs over 11€. Be warned. If you have small stomachs, you might not need to order starters and find it difficult to have a dessert after your main dishes. Flavours are delicate and varied. The Thai basil beef had a different taste than usual, the sauce was tick and tasty. In total it only costed us 32€. A real bargain. Will always recommend this place."

"Déjeuner ou dîner c'est pas mal du tout.Mais je préfère largement aller à deux pas plus loin chez Le Kampotois.Le personnel est beaucoup plus chaleureux et accueillant.Allez y pour prendre votre dessert ou un goûter c'est pas mal."

"Manger en terrasse au bord du lac est très agréable, l'endroit est très calme et aspire à la détente. Les menus ne sont vraiment pas chers comparé aux prix des plats à la carte qui peuvent très vite grimper ! Serveur t serveuse agréables et rapides, nous étions 14..Les plats sont corrects et assez copieux. J'y retournerai sans hésiter."
