"I was on a girl's weekend trip in Wollongong and was struggling to find a place that was open for Sunday brunch. Luckily this place popped up and we managed to get a parking spot right outside the cafe! The staff were all very friendly - although it's important to note that you order at the counter and grab your own cups/water. I had the Pumpkin Katsu sandwich which was absolutely delicious and quite light too, perfect for breakfast! The sauces in all the sandwiches were delicious - they make their own chilli jam and peach jam too. Also tried some of the pork sandwich with pickled veggies - also very delicious! The coffee was also great! Overall a fantastic dining experience and would highly recommend! Possibly one of the best sandwiches I've ever eaten :)"

"I went with a friend and the new fit-out in the back room was quite comfortable. The coffee was excellent but we were disappointed by the Banh Xeo that we both ordered. The pancake was overcooked and so hard that I couldn't cut mine and...had to leave it. My friend said that her meal greasy. The service was quick but the coffee was a bit undersized for the price and no one came over to see if we wanted another coffee or asked how our meal was. A bit overrated, unfortunately, but maybe there are other pressures at play. It's an interesting place which used to be an antique and gift shop back in the 1960s when the timber was polished to perfection. It's a bit too rustic and rushed for my liking and the food was just not that good."

"They have eaten here at numerous places and especially enjoy the laksa suppe served as part of their lunch menu. when we discussed it discreetly with the owner, she told us it was from the brokkoli and did not offer any excuse or further explanation. incredibly disappointed by the height of the customer service, let alone the hygiene question that is present with a maden in its food. colleagues and friends have equally recommended to avoid mylan (currently regular) from the above mentioned reasons."

"We have been here twice recently and have had to wait around 30 minutes for brunch when the restaurant was not busy. The food was good when it arrived though. However my water glass was dirty which I just put to one side but when...my cappuccino arrived with a prominent lipstick mark on it, I had to give it back. Not sure how it would have got past the dishwasher, the barista and the waitress??? Jus a bit of a worry. So won't be rushing back because of cleanliness concerns"

"$52 for two burgers, chips and 2 small bottle of cokes. I nearly fell off my chair!! 7/10 burgers & WAY over priced for what you get. Too many other choices in the area. Won't be back."

"Dinner at the Char Char Bar & Grill was nothing short of delightful. Food was flavoursome, (meat oh so tender) and the service was attentive, but not overwhelming. The menu provides lots of options but probably not so many for vegetarians - this is a steak place and they do it superbly!There is also an amusing little list of cocktails. The "Gong Girl" is a particularly easy-to-drink one, but beware the punch it packs!Great place with great food, atmosphere and service. We didn't book but it would be worth checking before you roll up. Highly recommend!!"

"I thought I had already written a review, however when I came here to thank you for the outstanding service last night, I noticed I hadn't left a review yet. So I'm doing it now. We have always had excellent meals from BSM. Couldn't fault it. BSM will always be one of our favourite restaurants! However last night I was impressed yet again. We ordered take away and when I arrived to collect it, your lovely staff apologised that it was not quite ready. This was totally understandable. One quick glance around the room and down the stair case, it was obvious the restaurant was bustling. I didn't mind waiting, of course. I love that this restaurant is busy! But your staff went the extra mile. They offered me a table to wait at, and not only that, they brought me a drink and some prawn chips to snack on while I waited. Wow. I love you guys!!! Keep up the amazing work Jules Will!! Not only do you serve fantastic food, but you have a team that rocks! And thank you to your staff for being so lovely. I truly felt like I was in Bali getting the complete Balinese experience with how caring they were. Xo"
