"I was in town for a Nursing conference. Myself and other nurses. We were excited to try your food as we had studied your menu prior to the visit. We had a table booked for PM Friday The waitressservice, wine and ambience were excellent. The appitizer shrimp, bacon and cesar salad were also excellant. The lump crab cake was just OK. We had ordered several sides to share. The Haricot Vert had no flavor or sauce. I come from a family of cheifs and I know what al dente is and these green beans were not aldente they were raw. The mushrooms were excellent. The Lobser mac and cheese was terrible. No taste at all and it was dry. Honestly Velveta mac and cheese would had been more flavorful. My family uses several types of cheese and their mac and cheese is creamy and delicious. My two friends had the Pork Chops and they were good maybe a out of I had orders of scallops and they were the best thing on the menu. They had an excellent flavor and were cooked to perfection. Unfortunately my lobster was severly over cooked it was truly awful and I did not eat it. My last friend ordered the oz Rib Eye. She asked if I wanted to try it and I was eager to do so. Honestly it was toughdry hard to chew I wanted to spit it out but forced myself to swallow it. Honestly the worst tasting meat I have ever had. Now if you look it up she did ask for it to be well done. I know that is a crime to cook meat well done. But this is how she likes it. Let me tell you we have tried well done meat at other restraunts and it tastes excellent if prepared properly. We were all so excited to try your restaurant and were severely disappointed not up to expectations. To add insult to injury we spent dollars on a less than desirable meal. No we did not say any thing to the staff about our experience. No one at the table wanted to complain and we did not want anything for free we just wanted an above average meal for the above average price. Lynette Rausch"
