"Walked in, 2 children were waiting for a pickup order, 2 adult women were waiting for a pickup order and I was waiting to place an order. After 5-7 minutes of small talk with the adult women, I called out asking if someone was working the front counter. Eventually a young man appears, I would guess he is the manager, his shirt is different from everyone else. I said thechildren are waiting to pickup an oder, he ask the name looked at a screen and said 10-15 minutes. I said. I'd like to place anorder, he said 10-15 minutes. I said to place an order, he sarcastically said yes. Of course this makes zero sense. I simplywalked out. I understand the effects Covid has had on all industries and truly empathize with everyone who works with thepublic. However, your choices do not give you the right to be rude to your customers. If you're not happy in your currentposition, perhaps this is a great time to reflect and move on. In the meantime I would suggest that you close the insideservice and focus on the drive thru That way if some or all of your employees are having a bad day, the customer isn't exposedto the negative vibes. You just lost a long time loyal customer."

"I try to give this place another chance but year after year they disappoint. Most recently I saw the ad for the new Italian mozzarella cheeseburger so I thought I'd give it a try. Ordered it along with some other items for the family in the drive thru.Get home and no surprise, they didn't give me the Italian mozzarella cheeseburger, they gave me a regular cheeseburger. Everytime I've tried this place I'm either missing items or getting the wrong items. I could say it's because of COVID and everyoneis short-staffed but this place has always been like this."

"The staff at this location is always friendly and my food is always hot and made correctly. My only complaint, which might seem stupid, is that I get a different type of ranch each time, and once I ordered jalapeno poppers and after they gave me my order,I found out they had NO ranch. Really? Doesn't this just come with jalapeno poppers normally? I hate the Heinz ranch and amalways disappointed when I find that this is what they have given me. I love the Carl's Jr. House Dressing and their Buttermilkranch with the blue top, not this nasty Heinz ranch. Yes, I am a ranch lover!"
