"It's a fast food chain franchise, so my rating will only compare it to other fast food chain franchises, not to any truly local spot or different kind of restaurant. With that in mind, it earns its stars. The window service when we went left something tobe desired, especially in making assumptions about what we wanted before we finished placing our order, so we had to fix that.But they made up for it by handling my food allergy without any problems, and by getting the order right. We could have orderedahead through the app, but decided we didn't want to risk our food sitting in a bag getting cold before we got there, andordered at the window. The food was still bagged (bucketed? and handed over immediately, though that might not always be thecase. Price was on par with a big-box full service place, but still reasonable for what we got. Bottom line: We'll probably goback eventually."

"Good food. The waiter Tim, was friendly and professional. Got the chicken bacon ranch Flatbread as an app. Pretty good but not much ranch. It was drizzled with BBQ sauce. Would have been better if it was drizzled with ranch too. I had the spicy chicken sandwich that was not spicy at all. Had sirachi sauce but not enough to taste it but chicken was tender and juicy. The wife had the extra butter lobster roll. Would have been better if bun was toasted a little more then they would have been able to put the extra butter on without it getting soggy. Not enough butter for the 2 extra dollars we paid. Overall it was great and will be going back."
