"Worst experience ever. Was in the drive-thru yesterday . Simply ask the lady to repeat as the sound was not great. She insulted us!! I still cannot believe how rude the lady was. Also, good luck to read the Taco Bell menu, the plastic cover is so old anddirty that you cannot see through. This is a horrible place with aggressive employees."

"How y’all gonna forget the large fry AND the ranch side. The chicken sandwich and burger is good but didn’t love just giving y’all 5-6 dollars and not getting food I paid for. I’ve worked in fast food. It isn’t hard to double check an order before sending it out.All I ordered was a chicken sandwich, burger, lg fry and ranch...I’m mostly mad because I really wanted those damn fries : meh"

"Food was hot and good, but the staff made me feel totally insignificant. When I came to the last pick-up window, I was asked if my order was in my pocket. And when I said she said she was grateful that you threw the bag on me, and without her eyes turned around her. I'm sure she's a very nice person in real life that she didn't seem rude or something. But it was clear that she was in a hurry, which I don't really understand, because there was only one car behind me that nobody else expected. I wouldn't mention it, but it happened a few times. I appreciate that they fill orders as quickly as possible, but I don't really like to make my food rush on me really fast and somehow not even an eye contact. Like I just crossed a to-do list. Just something they might need to remember their driving people."

"I can't remember the exact transaction, but I think they were from something I really, really, very wanted. so the cute young man who worked the window took the regular milkshake I had ordered, and pushed him on a milkshake that fits into their over-extra-sized sodatassen. the really big one. that was a huge milkshake. he was a nice young man. we had a laugh."
