"I imagine everyone has had the food at Chick-fil-A, right? If not, I would describe it as your average chicken sandwhich, or nuggets, but fresher seeming ingredients. The chicken is good, the nuggets are good but the waffle fries just okay, lightly salted. What I love about this place is, even with its long lines, particularly the drive thru, it always go quick! Quicker than a short line at McDonald's! And the staff are friendlier than a lot of other places. When we came here last night, after a little Trick-or- Treating, it was no different, long fast line and friendly staff. Our food came to us hot and fresh and we were satisfied"

"I was here a few times. Beautiful casual atmosphere. Outdoor seating available. I sat right, the garage doors were open to the outside on a perfect weather evening, so I got fresh air, but seats with back. Picnic tables were on the terrace. I didn't starve, so I wrapped the Cajun angels, shrimps in bacon. Very good and I added the fruit and cream maize side dishes."

"The service was terrible and the food was worse! I was charged $29.00 for a 2 PC chicken meal combo and a popcorn shrimp combo!! After I ordered 5 other customers ordered and were served ahead of me and my food was not hot or fresh when I finally got it. There were very few shrimp in the box and the fries were old. I was so mad at that point I threw it in the trash. I wish I could give a negative 5 rating. Sending pic of the shrimp box!!"

"Whoever the shift manager is, surely isn 't a business major at UA. They were cranking out orders and then came to a sudden halt. MANY orders after mine had already been given out. Like people who got here 10 minutes after me. I asked about it and was told I 'm coming up next. About another 5 minutes later the person I 'll assume was the shift manager yelled out to all the customers for us to chill out and wait aight ; that our orders were coming but all spicy chicken sandwiches were behind. By this point there was 20 of us standing there and this was not lunch rush. It was 2pm. She could have handled that about 100x more professionally. I love Chick-fil-A but I think I may have found the worst one."
