"To quote my friend Robert who recommended Ellie's, Joy is a joy. She makes sure everyone is happy and having fun... and we are. And then she rocks it in the kitchen, putting out the most flavorful, perfectly cooked food!!! The room inside is so warm and welcoming and so tastefully designed. I want this to be my house!!! Kris was attentive and her suggestions were all perfect. And the food. Wow. Seared Ahi Nicoise with Finley Farms Lettuce, Green Bans, Egg, Olive, Red Onion and Lemon-Dijon Vinaigrette was perfect in presentation, balance and flavors. I could have the dressing for a drink! The Brined Pork Chop with Apple Butter Cream, Caramelized Onion, Whipped Potatoes and Wilted Greens is now up there as one of my favorite creations with a pork chop. Joy knows how to give everything the perfect cook. And to end, the Bread Pudding with Caramel Ice Cream was spectacular. Can't wait to come back... and when it's warm, sit outside on the patio. This meal was a highlight... and yes, a joy!!!"
