"This is a great Ramen Bar. It does get very busy but there usually isn't more than a 10 15 minute wait for a small group. There are plenty of vegan options as well, most with impossible meat. I've been here twice and each time couldn't finish the wholebowl the serving sizes are large! It does not store well so keep this in mind when ordering. All of the ingredients are freshand the base is tasty no matter which one you chose. I was surprised to see mini tacos on the menu and would try those the nexttime."

"This place Sugar House) had better taste than the one in Murray, even though they were the same chain or chefs might be having a bad day. The atmosphere was warm inviting and modern design, completely different than the one in Murray, more bright more spaces. The music was loud blasting to my ear, should have had traditional Japanese music instead American Pop music, I was here to enjoy my food, not hurry eat and go. The service was spotty, server dropped off food and never came back once to check our refill but as long the foods were good then no complaints. The Takoyaki deep fried octopus balls) was so delicious, crispy outside steamy hot inside topped with mayo, the thin bonito flakes melt in my mouth. The spicy tonkotsu broth was very rich, but greasy and flavorful. The smoked chashu was tender, melted in my mouth. The shrimp wonton ramen was the first try I never had, strange to have Chinese wonton in Japanese cuisine but they were good. So enjoy the Chinese wonton with Japanese twist using Japanese flavor. Overall, food was extremely excellent, flavorful broth, if you don't mind greasy stuffs on top the broth."

"Jinya is so expensive and the prices for add ons are ridiculous. They dont include ramen basics like an egg, and expect you to pay over $2 for add ons. The portions arent big either."

"I visited this place twice. The service is good and quick. I tasted 2 different vegetarian ramen(both spicy). I liked the spicy creamy vegan ramen better. I'd have liked tofu to be fried/cooked . The tofu they put is super bland. Their outdoor patio has ample space. There will be a little wait when you go for dinners on the weekend. The parking is always full since it's in the mall. It's a good try- but not my to-go spot!"

"Craved Ramen, so I have gogled for the best ramen in Katy and was not disappointed at all. The ambience is cozy and cool. The staff was friendly, nice and professional, the food was super delicious. Two times the bastard. Would definitely recommend it for food tasting and demanding flavors."

"Best place for the Spicey Creamy Vegan Ramen. I usually don't eat the mushroom topping but this was very good. Broth hot, had the right amount of salty umami flavor and wasn't overly creamy. Tofu was soft and warm. Noodles were thick and delicious...though I was skeptical of them being free from egg. My partner tried the Chicken Ramen and said he would order it again. Decor was very beautiful with the right amount of music and lighting. A very nice piece of art over brick. Staff was extremely polite, personable and knowledgeable. Service was fast. Definitely a place I'm coming back to, especially for their vegan menu."
