"We ordered through door dash, unfortunately the sauces we picked in the app didn’t send to the restaurant. So we went back to the store to get sauces. I realize this isn’t the stores fault however it was still a frustrating experience. The 1 star is for the food quality and service. The chicken was dry and tough to eat more like jerky. The sauces I picked when we went back either weren’t given to us but we’re labeled as requested, ie I asked for the curry sauce and nothing remotely tasted or smelled like curry, so either they didn’t give us the right sauce or it wasn’t as expected. I also requested dry rub and was told they couldn’t give me any."

"Ordered online for pick-up. Food was scheduled to be ready at 715 and I was heading home by 730- worked out great! This location was busy tonight and the team was handling it great. I'm guessing they are short-staffed, yet despite the challenges they are facing, they are handling customers with kindness and compassion. Kudos to the young gentleman/host who was seating customers in the dining room, picking up to-go orders, handling payments, etc."
