The broth had a deep, rich flavor that was undeniably enjoyable. However, for our personal taste, it was just a tad on the salty side. The balance between saltiness and umami was slightly skewed towards saltiness, which might not suit everyone's palate.One unique aspect of Ramen Taka is their use of digital menus on your phone. While this adds a modern touch to the dining experience, it can be a little challenging if you're used to the traditional printed menus. It takes a bit of getting used to, but it's a step towards embracing technology in the restaurant industry.One interesting feature I appreciated was the availability of two different sizes for the ramen bowls.
