"Have been meaning to try it and when company came from out of town decided to give it a try. All 4 of us had great tasting meals hubby I made our own bento boxes I had the chicken leg he had the pork cutlet both sliced into nice size pieces. Everything was A-1. The tempura friends had the seafood platter) was crispy and delicious. The waitress was very tentative friendly. Will definitely return."

"I've been to this establishment twice in the last two days. EXCELLENT food, prepared to order. Her specialtities are on the menu. If you want something a little bit different or less spicy -- speak up, say what you want and it is your's for under $10 (SUPPORT this local restaurant. it's clean and well maintained and .did I mention the FOOD is fantastic).FRESH fruit mini-salad is used as garnish. Salad, Ceasar Salad or Soup (NO fries so HEALTHY as can be).The owner/cook has a fantastic taste for spicy foods. Personally, I don't care for spicy. I asked for mine to be altered and it was GOOD!Her Specialty menu is what you cannot purchase at any other establishment in the area. If you desire something mainstream she is happy to oblige. Do try her specialty sandwiches/burgers you will be glad to expand your horizons."

"Wasn't bad. Delivery time was a little long for a week day but we still got our food within an hour and a half. Order was correct. Shrimp fried rice is really good! Sweet and sour pork was okay, sauce was good but the meat was a little fatty and I've had better batter. Kinda pricy for 4 dishes (80$ but I'm not displeased, I'd eat there again."

"For our Summer stay at Sproat Lake, we decided to re visit and have dinner since our last year's so so experience. Everything looks and feel the same. Friendly service as usual with some changes to the menu. We decided on 3 appetizers of Crispy Calamari, Fish Tacos and Mussels. Except for the Crispy Calamari which was very chewy, the other dishes were good. The Spicy Caesars with a slice of Bacon was Canada special for the day and was a nice change. I was told a new Chef is now in the Kitchen. Overall a better experience this time."

"LOTS of cooks, barely one waitress - whose eye-sight was failing as it was quite disgusting to sit across from a recently emptied table with food all over the floor and booth. CLUE: Do not wipe the table AND booth seats with the same cloth and then toss it on the next table to be bused. Are the staff taught to clean in a stable?Sunomono ought to be COLD [left too long under the heat lamp?]. Katsudon ought to have a soft egg yolk.. NOT hard cooked [left too long under the heat lamp?]. Miso ought to be HOT not luke warmService SUCKS when my companion had to get his own water refills and not one staff member came by to check if we needed anything. BIG HINT.. chopsticks / cutlery are very helpful as Add-ons with a/c units and wires running throughout.. NASTY 'decor' when cedar siding is the 'interior' wall surface.Will NOT be back and the only time in my life I have not tipped the server. TIPS mean to ensure prompt service... we had a server that annoyed us as we attempted to read the menu.. repeatedly... dropped off the food [NO utensils] and disappeared."
