"Server Jake hates his job, and maybe his life. Just miserable, first he attacked my son about whether he could do a salad bar as a side, my son wanted his side, so we never had any issue with paying for the add-on. Then he proceeds to bring out the adult (huge) burgers before the kids meal (tiny burger sliders). He brought the salads after the meals. Never asked if we wanted refills, and finally to cap it off we asked to pay by, taking $20 off in cash and split the rest, he states that he cannot do that, so we take the cash and tell him to split the bill and we get this......(see attached photos) time to see how the construction world is Jake.. Otherwise the food was good, and the Host did a great job."

"We were there for 1hr and 45 minutes and I never got to eat my steak! Our waiter was great and tried hard but the cook staff clearly did not know how to cook a steak!! They were under-staffed but the dining area was nearly empty. A lot of to go orders were flying out the door so hopefully their food was better."

"Went to dinner on 2/25 with my sister and three kids. After being seated, I overheard a table complain because they were double charged for an item our waitress blamed the kitchen staff. It took 10 15 minutes for any kind of acknowledgement from our waitress. She didn 't introduce herself, and seemed like she couldn 't care less. We placed our drink order which included an Oreo milkshake. She didn 't ask if we wanted any appetizers we did and quickly walked away before we could tell her. We got our drinks and placed our order for appetizer and meals. She wasn 't even paying attention and asked multiple times to repeat our order. Three of us got burgers I ordered mine no bun. Our app came and we finished it when I heard another of her table 's complain they hadn 't received their app yet. They ordered before us, and the exact same app. She told them that multiple tables ordered the same thing and someone ran it to the wrong table. That someone was her. This is the second complaint we heard where the waitress blamed someone else and just made excuses. Two men brought our food every single burger came without buns. I had asked for A1 and it wasn 't brought we just asked a table nearby for theirs. We 're now at least 45 minutes in. Waitress has not asked us if we want refills or checked on us at all and still no milkshake. The staff fixed the bun issues and as the waitress ran by I asked for refills. At this point she tells us they ran out of Oreos and she just found out (45 minutes after placing our order), but they could do a plain vanilla shake. We agreed. Finally had to ask the manager for refills, still no milkshake. At an hour in with no milkshake, I got up to find the manager. Manager brings waitress over to our table and they both proceed to make excuses instead of just apologizing and fixing the issue for 5 minutes. The manager even told us that the bartender was straight up drunk and was probably just happy they ran out of Oreos so she didn 't have to make shakes at all. It was absolutely ridiculous. Third time the waitress blamed everyone but herself and took zero accountability. Another 20 minutes later we had a comped milkshake, more excuses from the waitress, and still waited another 10 minutes for the check. The restaurant was busy, but the waitress was nowhere to be seen so it 's not like she was helping other tables. I have never had service like this anywhere else in my life and we will never be returning to this location. The issue clearly starts with management."

"First time going there; won't be the last time. First the building itself. It is rather spacious and open inside which is great for large crowds. The decor made the place pretty classy. The music was a blend of today's hits so a safe choice. The servicewas excellent. Our server was checking on us frequently, maybe too frequently, but that's not something you complain about. Shewas friendly and helpful. Lastly, the food. I got mozzarella bread and the lemon creme pie. So appetizer and dessert. Bothexcellent. Prices are fair and go with the quality of food. Can't wait to try their entrees sometime. All in all, definitelygetting 5 stars."

"Eating a nice big salad in the bar is a staple for my wife and myself. On the good side, the food is usually quite fresh and well-made. The service is usually very good and the management seems to be very attentive and responsive. My main problem with this restaurant is lack of consistency. If you order a black and blue salad you have no idea what?s going to show up. I brought it up to them but it never changes. It?s just a crapshoot what?s going to come out on the plate. Usually it taste quite good. The last time I was here it had really slipped and the food was not good at all but I?m hoping that?s just an aberration"
