"My children love to go to this place because they have screens at every table. This is mainly the reason why we go to this restaurant, although my wife really doesn't like the food. We ordered the 2 for $25 menu and were sufficiently full after the meal. I'd say, but the next time we're out, we'll go to a place that has more tastes or is more healthy."

"We have been ordering Half-Rack Baby-Back Ribs dinners for pickup from this location about once every 2 weeks, for the past many months. The wife and I have been splitting the ribs and the two sides that come with them. Always in the past their Ribs have been moist and tasty. On May 14th we looked forward to treating ourselves to a Half-Rack of Baby-Back Ribs dinner. I order online and then drove to the restaurant to pick up our order. The place was packed with a HS baseball team and a number of online orders. So, needed to wait at least 30 minutes for our order. But, OK, I understood the delay. At least the ribs should be hot when I got them and drove home (10 minute drive). We opened the container to split the ribs. They looked a little over baked and had minimum BBQ sauce on them. Then we tried eating them. They had obviously been overcooked and dried out. Some parts were so tough and crisp we couldn't eat those parts. The baked potato was shriveled from sitting in a warming over too long. But, it was edible. But the ribs were a major disappointment. If we had been eating in the restaurant we would have demanded replacement. But, once we have the food in our house, that was not an option. Inconsistency in quality of one's food when ordering for pickup means we will not be ordering pickup food from this Ruby Tuesday's going forward. $18 for a meal that is poor quality is not something we cannot accept. I do not recommend ordering takeout meals from this Ruby Tuesday's, unless you like playing Russian Roulette."

"A friend and I stopped at this restaurant today. There were many people for lunch. We sat right away. Our server was very friendly and professional. She gave us enough time to intertwine before the order. That was superior to her. I ordered a chicken Philly sandwich with fries. It was really good. I love the way they prepare their chickens Philly sandwiches. The chicken was not completely shredded. It was more like a combination of comminuted and some pieces that gave it a good texture with the cheeses and peppers and mushrooms I added. The Pommes were good too. My friend ordered Steak and enjoyed his meal. We had a great visit."

"I honestly don't know what the others eat, but everything I ordered here was terrible. Nothing tastes like in the house. I had the reefs and it is only outdated superfluous deli meat, and once again I tried the boneless chicken wings and it is about the same as your frozen TGIF from the grocery store. I gave him another shot and ordered a cheeseburger and there had a stack of 4 slices of American cheese on it and a patty without color looked like it was baked in an oven. Service is always slow. This place is really bad, I have no idea why it's always so busy."

"Order 60 wings and 2 orders of Nachos. As you can see the chips are burned hardly any toppings, soggy and under cooked. The wings barely had sauce. I reached out to the restaurant had me on hold for 20 mins only to tell me they are to busy. Unacceptable service."
