"Went here for breakfast. First want to say that the owner radiates kindness and I wish him much success. Writing this review for some honest feedback. To me one of the greatest pleasures when going out for breakfast is a nice cup of coffee. Coffee had some bitterness that wasn't just indicative of a strong brew. It was kind of unpleasant. Ordered the classic breakfast (was called something else on the menu, but my memory fails me) the scrambled eggs were good, the potatoes were over seasoned, blanketed with rosemary, thyme (I think it was thyme) and black pepper. Not only was it overseasoned but to me not what I associate with breakfast flavors. Toast was served dry which I thought was odd. There also was no butter at the table incase you didn't want dry toast. Bacon was deliciously crispy. I'd come back because the owner was so curteous and I'd like to see him succeed. Think some small things can get improved."
