"Stumbled across this lovely restaurant and we were lucky to get a table. The staff were very accommodating and made a special dish for our vegetarian (and fussy) teenager. Our food was gorgeous, very fresh and tasty and the wine was reasonably priced too. They...have a small menu but each dish is carefully planned and very well cooked. The staff couldn't have been more friendly."

"Reserved a table for a summer evening meal as a family. Although service was very friendly, it took minutes to be able to order drinks and another to see them appear, not cold enough either. The restaurant was far from being full but...waitresses seem busier chatting with their friends than looking after their customers. Once food arrived hour and minutes after we sat down), it was very inconsistent in quality. Nice carpaccio and pizette, average bolognese, and lasagnas and raviolis that may as well have come straight out of a microwave oven. Needless to say we didn’t try the desserts. The euros (two small bottles of beer) removed from the bill as an apology for the wait wasn’t exactly a grand gesture out of a bill of euros. Try something else, there are plenty of other nice places in Cassis’backstreets. Even if we had not waited that long, the food is not worth the price list."
