"Just popped in to grab a coffee and a quick bite in mid- town Echuca.The service was greatThe coffees were all above normal standardI had a smoked salmon stack which was ok but uninspiring and other meals were similarly ok but nothing to rave about.The ambience is excellent and this is a great place to escape the hussle and bustle of High St over the Easter break.Recommended+"

"This place is ok. I went there about 15 years ago and remembered it being good. Now it’s very expensive and they don’t have that much of a range of food. My partner are both vegetarians and didn’t have many options so we had sandwiches. They were over $10 each and fairly basic. We didn’t return here during our stay in Echuca. My local bakery in Belgrave Victoria is multiple times better with maybe 40 different types of cakes, 5 different types of quiches etc. There’s a lot of advertising and self promotion in the Echuca bakery but overall it’s average at best. I felt like they just wanted to cash in and make as much money as possible."

"Food was well presented and quite enjoyable. The service was friendly and efficient. Price was about right for the current times. Nothing to complain about at all. Recommend this as a good place to eat."

"Give it a miss and find a small bakery No standard plain meat pies in stock and a cappuccino large coffee served cold very disappointing. They were busy but not enough attention to detail, so just being busy is no excuse. The overhead light...fittings are very dusty and dirty, I hope that doesn’t blow off into the food. It appears the shop could do with a good clean. My last visit to a Beechworth bakery was similarly disappointing. Two chances and never a third sorry. I will be looking for a small country bakery in the future."

"An amazing friendly, quiet atmosphere. eating was just too good for cake. we had a banquet for 2 and were not able to finish the meal only from the size. we took the rest safely home. beautiful, friendly and informative staff. we look forward to coming back with our friends and family."
