"Poor service. Spent almost two hours here, first french toast they brought out was burnt and impossible to cut through. Our server was very inattentive and difficult to waive down when we needed help. Had to get another server to bring a drink out and remind our server multiple times for things. Thankfully a manager was able to help us out, but ultimately I would not recommend coming here. (The picture is of the replacement french toast they were able to get us)"

"It was a great place to eat on a Friday night! we sat immediately in comparison to the 45 minutes waiting time in olive garden. it is a little expensive $50 for 1 drink, 1 appetizer and 2 entrees) but the taste and service makes it worth it. went home with leftovers, who always a plus for a higher price for me personally. it is a cheesecake factory, but more italian specific and quieter!"

"Tonight was our first visit to Applebee. The food was good. I ordered a bacon cheeseburger, it was tasteful and juicy. It came with French fries, I don't like French fries, so I wasn't impressed, but my children loved the left overs I took home. My husband ordered a steak, Bourbon street I think it came with soothed mushrooms and onions and potatoes. His steak was perfectly cooked. It was tender enough that he could cut it with his fork... which was good because he didn't get a steak knife. We also have an appetizer, I don't remember the exact name, but it had boneless buffalo wings, Spinat Artichoke Di, Chips, Salsa, Mozzarella Sticks and chicken quesadillas. The chips and salsa were not the best, but everything else was delicious. The staff was super friendly. We sat right away."

"The two stars are only because they have no vegan options available, but the staff were very lovely! My friend and I went and asked about the vegan options and they said they don’t currently have any fully vegan options due to minor ingredients in the dishes. They were very polite and knowledgeable that their options weren’t fully vegan which I appreciated. Hopefully the chain will adopt some in the future. Updated from previous review on 2023-09-14"

"We came today (a few times) but today was amazing! we have our order and cc the cash was extra amazing! so kindly answered all our asking! and our eating quickly out! with zero mistakes! the place was clean and the cabins were comfortable! we also talked to abe the manager and he was so cool! and beautiful! definitely plan them to come back!"

"We went with my daughter. it was our last dinner before we returned from our holiday to Argentina. we had a little problem with our order, which made it very late to get the food. the local manager came to apologize and offered us an appetizer and dessert. manager like these really understand the business of customer service. I will definitely return to this place, not because they gave us something free, but because they take care of the customer experience. before I john, the manager, approached to congratulate him. Applebees, never go. He's great!"
