"Visiting Arkansas and ate at brick oven pizza, and the staff was nothing but friendly, and exceeded my expectations in that department. Shannon was our waitress and she was super nice! Very warm atmosphere to enjoy with family. I ordered the spicy sticks as an appetizer, but in my opinion i could have made them at home. They are really only a bun, cheese, and jalapeño. My mom ordered the spinach artichoke mushrooms and they were AMAZING! Full of cheese and delicious! I would def order more of those. The buffalo wings were small in size but tasty flavor. For an entree, we ordered a half and half pizza (kicking chicken and the trailblazer) we ordered the medium and it looked more like a small. Pretty good taste wise, i would order it with extra pizza sauce next time. My mom ordered a draft beer, and it was extremely cold to her liking, and the lemonade and sweet tea was delicious as well! Overall, this was a pretty good experience in a small town setting!"

"I am from out of state and this place was recommended. So delicious! because of the size of their small pizzas we decided it would be perfect to choose several of them and have a sampler of all, best decision ever! I will definitely be going back to this place when I visit again. We were also there during the C19 Pandemic and they took all the proper precautions, mask were required, everyone was incredibly friendly and very fast service. Large parking area and handicap accessible."

"I went there with my brother and we have never been to 1812 anywhere before. The hostess was nice. The server never said her name so don 't know it still. She wasn 't great. She didn 't seem to knowledgeable about the menu. She only check on us well into our meal so no 2 minutes or 2 bites check in rule practiced here. Good thing we liked our food. Also, she grabs cups from very top of it. I usually don 't use straws but I will there. I don 't know where her hands havebeen. Again, food was great. But service was not. I kind of got the feeling that they just expect people to show up no matter how their service is and that they really don 't care about making sure that it 's as good as the food. Theycharged 25 cents for my brothers ice water and there were tip amount suggestions on the receipt. Both were very off-putting and actually hurt her tip among other things."

"Still amazing food but very disappointed in the change in dine in atmosphere. I have been there twice since they have put in the “lounge” area and both times have been a disappointment. Most people do not want to eat a salad sitting on a couch. There is only seating for 13 people at tables…. One of those tables being a checker table with two stools which is where I had to sit with my 71 year old mom. I am not sure which demographic the business is trying to bring in with the couches and dim lights. Both visits I saw people leaving without ordering because they didn’t have a table to sit at. Yet there are two couches and a chair sitting there facing a tv…. Taking up space. Business is being lost and I ask that they reconsider bringing back the tables. The waitress said that we could get our food to go when a table wasn’t available. We travel from out of town and didn’t want to sit in our car on a cold day to eat our food. Again please reconsider bringing the tables back. If you don’t have the staff to wait tables then perhaps expand self service and customers pick up food at the counter when it’s ready. We love the food and want to continue to come back when in town but not if we don’t have a comfortable table to sit and enjoy our meals."
