"I stopped at Terry's Comfort food, Main street Penticton. I ordered an omelet mushroom and ham. 10 minutes later my food arrived handed to me by the cook, the server explained that my breakfast does not look very good, before he set it down and replied I don't have to eat it he would cook me another. I was pressed for time and said let me see it, it looked like mixed vomit, but not trying to be difficult, I started with the toast but it was so soaked with butter it was wet. The waitress saw my disapproval and asked what was wrong, I said the food was disgusting, I explained, I'm done and I would like my bill, before I could pay, the cook came out from the kitchen and said the reason for the mess was he didn't have frying pans. Again I asked to pay. The cook then took offence to me leaving and asked me to never come back. What he doesn't know is I recorded the conversation at the door on my phone. I guess he was having a bad day, any one can. By looks of my food and his attitude the Café is apply named. Stephen"

"Do yourself a favor and get the Sicilian Penne...will be dreaming about that dish! Kid friendly, and the service was great. We had a very large group for lunch, and were accommodated so well and quickly."

"Nite mare Brown Ale was pleasingly tart and not too sweet without being bitter. Cranberry Chicken flatbed was smokey and creamy with the herb cream cheese tasting very fresh. However I'm reasonably sure it's actually their spinach dip haha. Close to Skaha Lake so mightt as well stop by when down SkaHa way. Bike racks and a deck misting is a nice touch of comfort"

"I am a sitting board member for the Penticton Wellness Center and we chose to hold our annual fundraiser dinner here this year. Seating was limited to 90 and we sold out our dinner and silent auction well in advance. Our contact for organizing this important event was Jamie and he bent over backwards to ensure we had enough tables to accommodate all of the donated silent auction items. He and the staff that was responsible for serving us the night of our gala were superb, \I cannot say enough for their helpfulness, friendliness and going beyond. The pasta buffet was outstanding, with two pastas [one being gluten free], two different sauces, bread, 3 salads, dessert and beverage. Everyone that attended had a tremendous good time and raved about the good food that was offered. It ended up to be our most successful fundraiser event ever, in no small part, due to the efforts of Jamie and staff....thank you all!"
