"Unhelpful waitress didn’t tell us they were out of fish when we sat down, so when 2 of us tried to order it we were left disappointed. I then asked for a half portion of the ham egg chips and was told they can’t make it smaller. I queried this and they said it is ‘made up in portions.’ My grandma ordered it anyway and I had something from the small appetite menu. However, when hers came, it was 2x slices of ham, 2x eggs and a load of chips how was it not possible to half?? Management are also poor at customer service which explains why the staff are too. We had been avoiding here since my mum left a clearly branded designer scarf at her table a few months ago. When she phoned to ask if they had it, she was told they did and they’d keep it in the managers office until she collected. She went to collect the next day and it had mysteriously disappeared with management saying that staff go in and out all the time so they’re not sure who has stolen it! Our visit yesterday only confirmed that we won’t be back. Such a shame!"

"I was in the different lounges and that was my second visit to our new dolphin in Poole. The staff is extremely helpful when you ask for the separate vegan menu (which has a gluten-free menu on the back). Both meals I had the avocado brunch and the falafel salad were beautifully presented, delicious and filling. I love this necklace because it makes me so easy to eat beside meat friends and colleagues! I also think the decor is great."
