"The food and the service are unrivaled. I also love the sister restaurant El Restauro downtown. But La Noria is modern refined Puebla at its best. The menu is a refreshingly new take on traditional Poblano cuisine. It is a great place to meet friends...and watch the pretty people in town. It's filled by art from local painter Lazcarro. Make a stop and visit the Art Gallery next door. My favorite dish are the Tacos de Atún."

"Our family enjoyed the outdoor seating and the waiters did a great job of quickly pushing other tables in when it was raining out of the blue. We were under an umbrella and a big tree and didn't have to move and the rain stopped quickly. Our teenage kids weren't in many nice restaurants and they loved the creative starters, especially the homemade croutons on the Caesar salad, delicious! We all had very good meals and were too full for dessert, which is unfortunate because I have eaten the chocolate bread pudding with Baileys before and it is divine! There are so many tasty options and we enjoyed the scallops as well as the duck, key lime chicken and the flank. You can't go wrong!"
