"I have been to this restaurant many times, I was pretty disappointed this time. I don’t know if it’s new staff, new chefs? Or because of current pandemic Covid. The waitress was not attentive at all which is NOT at all how The Chart House used to operate) The food was nothing special anymore they don’t offer their herb crusted salmon which was amazing. I noticed a lot of their menu has pork now, not everyone eats pork, therefore it seemed like their weren’t many options of food to choose from. I am so disappointed to say I feel I have had better cuisine from chains like BJ’S : The food was brought out cold the fingerling potatoes were hard and dried out no flavor, the broccolini was chard burnt, the garlic mashed potatoes were cold and were very bland the lobster tails were just not excellent like I remember ALL of their food being…. I’m really sad to say my date spent over $250. For the two of us and speaking for myself, especially because I choose this restaurant because it used to be one of my favorite…. I don’t see myself returning. I wish they would have never changed the menus the pictures look pretty however unfortunately the food was so lackluster."
