"I’ll start by saying that I only gave one star because I had to select one. I had some issues with the website and called yesterday to place an order. I was greeted if you’d even call it that by,”papa John’s please hold” without any opportunity to be heard. I sat on hold and after 5 minutes hung up thinking that maybe they forgot about me. I called back and the phone was answered the same way before I can even say a word again. I used my work phone to call the papa John’s on Robert, placed the order, drove from Thompson road and made it back before the one on ponchatrain answered. The purpose of pizza is for the convenience for our family and at this point, it was anything but convenient. After 40 minutes on hold, I hung up. Shame on this management for training or allowing their customers to be treated like this. Truly ridiculous."

"Food looks pretty good but it was so SALTY greasy. I mean I know the place is called Fattys but we weren’t able to eat the meals at all. The oysters crab cakes were decent and our waiter was very nice but we found a cockroach in our booth and left… very disappointing"

"Down Home Good Cooking with perfect sized portions! Staff is attentive but not to the point of overkill. Our sever passed by our table several times without asking if everything was good and when our drinks were getting low new refills magically appeared without asking. The food was hot, plentiful, and delicious! Family atmosphere or date night you can't beat Cheddar's. Three adults paid $65 including tip. P.S. forgot to mention the mouth watering melt in your mouth croissants heavenly!"

"Pros Catherine at the bar is fantastic beer is super cold crab/corn bisque is fantastic Cons crab cakes tonight were mostly fillers. May not be the usual but it was like a fried grit cake. Not much crab. the crab stuffed shrimp was more of the same. Fried balls of grit like batter. I?m a big fella that eats everything. I didn?t even want to attempt to eat this dish. Left it on the bar. Tonight, the cook failed the crab based menu options. I?ll come back next time I?m in town and give it another try on something else."

"Great food. They were outside. We have the Gator bites, chicken parm, phenomenal shrimp tacos and seafood pasta. Everything was delicious. The server was very friendly and made delicious drinks. We'll be back. We are not yet disappointed by service, food or drinks."

"Eating is great, atmosphere is great, owners are always there to take care of them, they bring bands from everywhere. Nice to see other bands than just the normal 3-4 that has all the others in the city. best restaurant and bar at the N Beach and perhaps the state!"

"My wife and I visited the creole bagelry for the first time on Wednesday, 3 31 21. Unfortunately, it will be the last time we enter this facility. we used to live in houston, tx, where we enjoyed excellent, from scratch bagels. after moving to louisiana we were excited to try the creole bagelry, and we wanted to buy some dozen of their bagels. unfortunately we did not get this chance. the manager of the part owner refused to serve us unless we wore masks. I explained to him that I had a legitimate medical problem that prevented me from wearing one, but that didn't matter; he still refused to serve, and this despite the fact that I was standing at least 6 feet from him and there were other customers sitting at tables without masking only 6 feet away from me. so was his logic and reluctant completely without merit. we have gone from creole bagelry to never come back."
