"Possibly worse than when it was called Back Porch. Our waitress was clueless about the menu or beers available. We sat there for minutes before anyone came to our table. My husband ordered the pork belly from the menu and received pork chops and our waitress didn't understand when we told her. They were out half of their drink options, and the food is over priced for just tasting OKAY. Several other tables were already complaining to the manager before we got a chance to. I hope this place can get it together soon, as this location and building are great for Spartanburg!"

"January 18, 2022 1:02 p.m. Late on my review I apologize for that peeps. 6 of us went were only inside the establishment for about 35 40 minutes. The salad, was the best part of the meal for me. I wasn 't too happy with the selection of pizzas. Seems they kept remaking the same ones, as far as toppings different pizzas. The food was alright . There were 4 kids with us only 2 or 3 of the games even worked... which was specifically why we had choosen CiCi 's. We had not been to this location in several years. Not sure when we will return as far as giving a recommendation, I would suggest going elsewhere unless they seriously step up their pizza game actually have games available to the children! It is a hard choice to give this place 2 stars."

"Good location and size of building. Seems like the staff work a bit slower than the average subway. It was clean and I dont think I've ever waited in a line. Food was good but the tomatoes are always very light in color, like they're not ripe. I'd love some fresh plump RED tomatoes. I will eat here again"

"Love the food but the staff was even better! Took my elderly father for dinner they got him a chair to sit in while we waited for our table. Then when we were getting ready to leave, his walker broke a screw. A staff person found and gave us a screw and nut to fix it so my dad could use his walker again. That was great customer service!"

"First time here from out of town new too the area. Very fast wonderful friendly service food came out fresh the way I asked for it salsa was bland for my taste but the food I received was wonderful definitely recommend this restaurant establishment!"

"Simply good menu. that means ingenious eating. it was actually recommended by another local restaurant owner. the chicken sandwich was fresh and perfected. the service was excellent and I even met the owner. very pleasant lunch. 5 minutes drive from the city."

"Me and my husband stopped in for brunch and I was very impressed with the food and the presentation of it. The staff was very friendly and made us feel welcome. We will be going back when in town again. Great food!!"

"It was okay. Ate on Saturday evening at 6pm. Not too busy. My companion's fish was reportedly very good. The shrimp and grits I ordered were somewhat of a disappointment. Not as good as I remembered. Great service. Excellent coconut cream pie. seriously, amazing . Was not terribly expensive. $95 inc tip I will return."

"Absolutely awful. My friend and I, both women of color, went there today, July 22nd around 11am. We were ordering mimosas and pulled out our IDs for the waitress. She was inspecting them for a long period of time and asked to see them again and started inspecting the back. She then said she would be right back, and took both of our IDs to the back. She had been back there a few minutes so we then asked another waitress to go get our IDs back because we were leaving. Our original waitress and what may have been a manager, comes out but then goes to another room, still with our IDs in our possession. At that time we gathered our things and they walked out, the manager walks over and hands my friend our IDs without even trying to explain what their ignorant process was about. Clearly, she found nothing wrong, and didn’t even attempt a sincere apology. I have never experienced anything like this before and will definitely not be visiting this location again."
