"Edit, Funk n Waffles percent tip is calculated off of the sum of the subtotal, credit card processing fee, and NY tax. It’s makes an overpriced meal ridiculously expensive by increasing the tip egregiously. We placed our order when the restaurant was nearly empty before 5:40pm and we still needed to wait 20 minutes for the fully staffed restaurant to assemble chicken and waffles. Even if you spend $35 for dinner, there is still a cover charge if you want to go the other part to get away from the draft. For the 5 tender whole chicken and waffle, the chicken breading was good and the house sauce had a nice vinegar edge, but the chicken was very dry and needed to sauce to not be completely disappointing. Where the chicken and waffles lacked moisture, the jive turkey waffle overshot with gravy sauce and was too goopy and salty. There wasn’t that much turkey, but what there was felt like turkey lunch meat rather than turkey. Under a thin layer of turkey, there’s was so much mashed potatoes that you almost lost the texture and flavor of the stuffing waffle. I came here because I read that it was featured on diners, drive-ins, and dives so I should have had lower expectations."

"After I had plowed for the chop house over the season 2019 and 2020, I thought when they were putting their bill with my company, we would go by and have a nice dinner and leave a big tipp as thank you for the business. Now, guess what it is now almost the 2022 Plow season and they never paid us. come to find out they do not pay too many of their local contractors who help to keep the place running. if they really want to support local business, this is not the place to go."

"We stumbled upon this lovely spot before attending a show. The atmosphere was great, our server, Brian, was friendly and knowledgeable. We loved the NY Only by-the-glass wine list, super extensive and inclusive. The Halloumi appetizer was the perfect sweet and savory balance, and the added touches, fresh spinach salad and delicious house made sausage were delicious. But it was the Cappelletti entry that really knocked us off our feet. It's not often you have a dish that is so flavorful, unique and utterly delicious...just fabulous!"

"Tried them for the first time tonight got the special with a 1 topping large pizza and 20 wings. Great NY style pizza and amazing wings! Wings were huge and somehow cooked to be crispy outside (despite generous drenching in BBQ sauce) and fall off the bone tender inside. Ready to pick up in the 20 30 minute window given, and the counter staff was energetic and friendly. They’re doing it right and I’ll be back!"
