"Definitely the best place to have a late meal and see the sunset, says it's expensive, but its 5-7 course menu that doesn't go over 600 pesos. The service is amazing that we had the whole restaurant for us, we were able to secure the table on the terrace (the reservation for this table is worth it). I guarantee you will be an amazing time and a great view"

"Este restaurante está ubicado en El Centro de Taxco por lo que cuenta con una terraza que tiene una vista muy bonita a la plaza donde se encuentra el kiosko. Se encuentra a un lado de la catedral de Santa Prisca por lo que desde aquí no es la mejor vista de ella. La comida está muy buena aunque los precios son algo elevados. El lugar es muy bonito también. Vale la pena y regresaría."

"Friends of us living in Taxco brought us here for dinner, which was a set menu for a charity event held in this restaurant, located directly on the main terrace for Hotel Victoria. Dinner was exceptional, and when things turned out, the main cook came to our table for dinner. The meal started with a free shot of Mescal, which was much smoother than I expected, and followed by a cream soup made from amaranth seeds, it was wonderful. The main course was a very good steak wrapped in a light cheese and Phyllo dough, which was also filled with spinach or something. And of course there was one side of perfectly plastered potatoes and vegetables, and a few very good glasses of the house red wine. The view is spectacular, one of the best in Taxco, and I have now seen the city from all sides! The view of the primary cathedral was exceptional from this viewpoint."

"So after a few days in Taxco, we were not having much luck finding a restaurant that had accomplished wowing us with the "Big Three" Outstanding food, ambience and service... until we found El Toque Romero. We were greeted immediately by the friendly and welcoming staff. And, while waiting for our food to arrive, the very talented and friendly chef, sent over two different samples of appetizers, tapas style. For lunch I had the ham and cheese crepes, very good and my friend had the Salmon Salad. This salad was filled with an array of fresh fruit, papaya, strawberries, kiwi and the dressing was tangy and a perfect complement to the grilled salmon. I was a bit envious, but she was kind enough to share. Before we left, the chef sent over a beautifully displayed tray of mezcal, served with oranges and cinnamon. Amazing!"
