"My mother, fiance and I came here at 5pm on a Thursday. There was a big rehearsal dinner party with multiple tables outside, and it was clear after waiting almost 2 hours for our order, that the restaurant is not used to dealing with big party 's, since that rehearsal dinner was grabbing all of the restaurants attention and neglecting the other patrons. The restaurant didn 't even zone the party away from the outside main doors, and all of us not in that party and the servers had to cut through them to use the restroom, bar or leave, as they were huddled-up 25 strong doing a toast to the engaged... My tip is if you go here and see a big party. Run."

"This place must be doing something right because it was packed on this visit and always appears busy when I drive by. We first attended a private reception in a back room where goes d'oeuvres were plentiful and tasty plus having an open wine bar. This event was well handled with never an empty plate. We subsequently decided on having dinner in the main room and were not disappointed. Food was very good but it was a little noisy with so many in the room. Wine was reasonably priced and overall a good experience. That was a while ago....forward to May 2022, a change of ownership, new and inexperienced staff (which seems to plague every restaurant in the area. Three very recent visits and one where we left because we couldn't get any service even with a reservation. The food is still good but a menu change is long overdue. The restaurant is over committed with reservations which cannot be handled in a timely manner with current staffing. When it takes 30 plus minutes to get the first drink to the table, there is a problem. Serving the food with zero place settings or condiments also tells a story."

"Pizza is awesome. The crust/dough is the best part. It’s perfectly crisp but still chewy. Solid assortment of toppings. If you live close to the shop it might make more sense just to do pick up because the delivery times can get long and the estimated time they give is never even close lol. Pizzas so good it doesn’t even matter though."

"That's what I'm talking about Victoria. Was born in Victoria and raised in Houston. It has been hard to come home and find a decent steak restaurant that's not a chain. Greek 205 had a great atmosphere, steak that could definitely run with the big boys in Houston, and cold lone stars as well as the Karbach family of brews. Old building had a lot of charm and a nice walk in downtown Victoria after dinner topped it off. Owner and staff were great came to our table and talked Astros for a sec. Great job guys! We will definitely be back. HOUSTON if you are in Victoria for any reason stop by and show ?. This establishment supports our teams and has a little Houston flare to it. It will be worth your time."
