"The food is good, customer service is horrible, it's the second time that happens the same, we arrive earlier than other tables and we have been waiting for boiled dumplings half of hour. Before that one FOH come to the table to excuse because the other team mate confuse our order so for 2 soups and 12 dumplings we have to wait almost 1 hour. Absurd, they only say sorry dumplings are coming, but nothing happens more than that, no customer service philosophy at all, its a pitty as the kitchen is amazing, don't go Weekends, you are going to be delayed and mistreated, and no kind of compensation."
