"Massive increase in prices. Since re-opening, the prices here are up 30-40% making it one of the most expensive vietnamese restaurants in the city, if not the most expensive. $12.50 or more for a small bowl of Pho. Over $16 dollars for their vermicelli dishes up to almost $18. Pizza prices way up as well. It has always been a decent place to eat, not great, but decent. Would not eat here again at the prices they now charge. (Oh, take away containers cost you as well) This restaurant is now an African restauant. The other restaurant is permanently closed."

"Service was pretty good and dishes did come out very fast. The Shanghai noodle was very good. But other dishes were average in smoked fish, Xiao long bao, salty soy milk and turnip cake. In opinion Shanghai Grill is better than this place."

"This place is not really close to much but once you find it, it is a gem. The food is fresh, very tasty and the best part is that its not pricey at all. The staff are friendly and because it is a much smaller placer, they definitely try to cater to your needs. I had gone there with three young children and they were polite and mindful that they were there. All in all, a great place to eat Chinese food at great prices."

"I 'm rating this restaurant 5 's and I 've never been there. I go to the cannabis shop around the corner and you can smell this place from a block or more away. I will go soon but everyone should find out what that amazing smell is and tell me!"

"Each food dish has its own unique flavour, plenty of food, original decor that brings me back to when my parents brought me many years ago and the staff are always looking for ways to make your stay perfect. We have been going to the Lingnan restaurant for over 50 years. Excellent restaurant."
