"Awesome food and friendly people! If you want good pad Thai, this is the place to go. Excellent! But, with high quality comes a high price, so come ready to spend. Shrimp pad Thai was $20 with 4 shrimp, but the shrimp are large and very fresh tasting. $7 for a medium Thai milk tea, but very good and good boba. I just think I'd need to spend $14 and get two Thai milk teas to get the amount I craved if Im ever in the area again. $10 4 fried spring rolls with lots of sweet chili sauce. The spring rolls were good, but I prefer fresh spring rolls wrapped in the clear, moist, and cold wrapper with peanut sauce for dipping. I read somewhere that they may have had fresh spring rolls in the past. They always said 15 minutes when I ordered, but I waited an extra 10 after arriving every time. I suggest ordering 20-30 minutes before your expected arrival."

"Fred and Pon have some of the best Thai food you could ever hope to find. If you ask for Thai Hot, they will accomodate you. Outstanding food made by amazing people ! Shredded Papaya Salad (Thai hot), nam tok, pad thai, spring rolls, thai basil chicken stir fry are all some of our gotos."

"This cute restaurant serves Thailand and Vietnamese cuisine and is located at Main Street . We had our dinner at this place and it’s been a while since I came here. That was pre pandemic and the place is quite small , but today, I was surprised ! It’s now spacious! They occupied the other room and it’s nice and cozy feeling. The food was GREAT! I had all that are in the pictures and it was delish! Appetizer pork dumpling "

"Picked up some take out here yesterday and was really blown away. I've been in Bismarck for a number of years now and in the past couple years we've gone from no Thai food to a couple places. Now that Wiang Thai is here, the best has arrived. We got some papaya salad, noodles and a couple rice dishes and they all were stellar. This is easily my favorite Thai place in Bismarck, and all of western North Dakota. The service was great my partner and I often disagree on how spicy we like food, and the server offered some extra chili on the side so we both could enjoy our food exactly how we like it. Can't wait to go back and eat my way around the menu here. Excellent."
