"I don’t know if they forgot to season our food or something, but I’ve never left a restaurant feeling like we may have food poisoning. We got a California roll, the Hollywood roll, and the chicken fried rice. The California roll had an off taste, the chicken looked rubbery and obviously not seasoned, and the Hollywood roll was ok, but not $15 ok. The waitress must have left her personality at home because her or any other of the staff had a personality. The only positive was that it looked clean. We will not be returning to say the least."

"I usually don 't write reviews but the food was just THAT BAD, that I feel I need to warn others! If you are used to Vietnamese Pho, you will NOT like the Pho here...it was extremally bland (even after I added the sauces and veggies). The peanut sauce that came with the spring rolls was watery and had NO flavor at all. It reminded me of jarred peanut sauce you buy at the grocery store, but like they added water to stretch it for more servings. Will NOT be going back!"

"The best authentic pho I've tried so far with a flavorful broth. I have tried other pho spots and the broth is so bland. I always order the duck with egg noodles or the duck rice dish. My husband loves the tofu pho. Highly recommend if you want authentic Vietnamese food."

"First of all, I arrived at the restaurant around six o'clock on a Tuesday night. The restaurant had one worker in the front. There were no other customers. I'm not sure this was normal for such a highly ranked restaurant even though it was on a week night. You don't need to wait to be seated. Simply pick a spot and wait for the waiter. The place is very cozy and relaxing. I picked a place next to the window and had a nice quiet dinner. I ordered a beef noodle soup and spring roll. The rolls were awesome especially coupled with their peanut sauce. The sauce was not too strong to cover the taste of the shrimp. The noodle however was a disappointment. The beef broth was very tasty but the noodle was just too plain. I felt like they could do better in blending the two flavors more closely so that you can tasty the beef flavor on the noodle. Also, the ratio between each ingredients was simply off. There were a lot of noodles but not much meat. I have gone to other restaurants around the area that serve pho. The have done a way better job at giving you the amount you pay for. Overall, I think the place deserve a four star. I think I will come back later for something different."

"The atmosphere was very welcoming. The wait staff was attentive and acomodating without being obtrusive. The food was delicious. They were sensitive to my Vegan choice and accommodated me. There were appetizers already there and not just spring rolls. I will revisit."

"A little adventure to Lucky Palace in Bossier City. This hidden gem is a James Beard Award nominee, Wine Spectator and Wine Enthusiast prize winner embedded in a beautiful motel. Once you're past the motel's lobby and open the restaurant's door, it's night and day. The restaurant is charming with an impressive wine map. Not to mention the food was delicious. Michael called it a national treasure."
