"Lovely local BYO Japanese. The sashimi and sushi rolls (Cali salmon avo) are massive. Gyozas were tasty and the tasty beef don came with brown rice. Great service. The two little complimentary springs rolls to start were a nice touch -makes that first sip of white wine much nicer! We went after 8pm and there were still diner coming in. Will order the special rolls and bento boxes next time."

"If nosh matters and late night as well than it fits the criteria for Phamish. Its hip and with a cuisine that’s light, fresh and very tasty. Asian melange in copious bowls and quick attentive service. We have never missed out getting a seat as...turnover is quick. Great for theatres nearby."

"Only so you know, we rode that we between the colonial 3.5 or a 4 ... and I will explain why. We were kindly invited to the colonial so that our score / rating will not contain PricePoints, as we did not pay for our meal. <br>

I'm crazy about 2 crosses, Indians and Middle East. I love the spices, I love the taste, I can not stand the heat, but I'll go back. I think I'm pretty sure in my ruling of Indian food. <br>

The colonial is more of an Indian fusion, Indians with modern take. I had a Tamarind Martini and it was a bomb, a very unique and beautiful taste with one kick. Chicken Tandoori salad was beautiful (the chicken was so tender and flavesome), I loved the Paneer Spring Rolls !! Such a great idea. Oh, and not to forget the watermelon and feta salad ... that was a very interesting and bizarre dish. No typical Indian dish, but pretty refreshing. <br>

"This place has been on my list of "must try" for so long and I finally got the chance to try it, located in the streets of Darlinghurst. As soon as we walked into the dining area which is nicely decorated with simplistic modern round lights, we were politely greeted by a waitstaff (she was exceptional all night, great recommendation and great service) and seated at our table. I do recommend booking a table for groups of 4 or more as seating does seem limited and this place does get booked out. <br>

We ordered quite a few dishes as the servings were small and great to share, the highlight of the night was definitely the the raw king salmon($19), the sweet and tangy lime dressing goes amazingly well with the tender salmon pieces and the plating was amazing!! <br>

The other 2 must try dishes of this winter there is the truffle mushroom($5ea) & the taro layer cake ($16)with truffle (+$15)custard and don't forget to add your truffle shavings! <br>

The not so great is the oysters, not really sure if they salted the oysters before hand but they were.. let me tell you.. super SALTY. <br>
